Sugar cookies as a base and a delicate sour cream with prune chunks are the perfect flavor combination.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

sugar cookies, 300 g;
– milk, 100 g;
– walnuts, 150 g;
– powdered sugar, 30 g;
– vanilla
sugar,

– sour cream, 500 g; –
prunes, 200 g.
Preparation process
We need milk in order to dip the cookies before laying the layers – so the cake will not need to be put on soaking.
If you have an old prunes, then pour it for a few minutes with boiling water, then drain the water, squeeze a little and cut into pieces. If the prunes are juicy and not dried out – cut them into pieces.
Combine sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and whip into a fluffy mass.
Form the cake on a plate or in a mold.
Dip the cookies in milk and lay out the first layer.
Spread cream on the cookies, sprinkle with chopped nuts and prunes.
