Ingredients for chicken pita pancakes:
- Thin pita – 600 g;
- Ground chicken – 500 g;
- Hard cheese – 100 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Milk – 2 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Rice – 100 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Butter – 30 ml;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
- Paprika – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
Preparation of chicken pita pancakes:
In a skillet, melt butter and vegetable oil. Cut onions into small cubes and put them in the frying pan together with minced chicken, mix them.
