Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 110 g;
- nuts – 100 g;
- raisins – 100 g;
- flour – 120 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
Preparation of Mazurka cookies:
Beat the eggs with sugar to a puffy white mass. Sift flour and baking powder into it, knead the dough with a spatula.
Chop nuts, rinse and dry raisins in advance. Pour the raisins and nuts into the dough, mix. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment, level the surface.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After baking the cookies are sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into rhombuses or squares. You get a simple Polish cookies from a minimum of products.
