Some of the most expensive and premium candies in modern times are Ferrero Rocher. Of course, you should take into context the fact that Ferrero Rocher candies are sold in most chain stores. There are candies much more expensive, but it is harder to find them in free access.

Ferrero Rocher candies begin their history in Italy in the hills of Piedmont. It was there in 1982 that confectioners labored to create a delicious and atypical chocolate for the public.

After much work, many samples were presented. However, almost all of the chocolate was rejected. Only a few Ferrero fillings saw the light of day on store shelves.

We will provide you with a non recipe for Ferrero candy. Let’s try to make a cake based on the filling of these candies.

Ingredients for the crust:

  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • milk – 50 ml;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 30 ml;
  • sugar – 80 g;
  • cocoa – 20 g;
  • flour – 80 g;
  • leavening agent – tsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • cream cheese – 400 g;
  • hazelnuts – 100 g;
  • cream 33% – 200 g;
  • Nutella – 200 g.

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • chocolate – 100 g;
  • hazelnuts – 40 g;
  • cream 33% – 80 g.

Preparation of Ferrero Rocher cake:

Break eggs in a bowl, pour sugar and salt, beat the ingredients with a mixer for 5-8 minutes until the formation of a white mass. Into this mass sift flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Pour milk and vegetable oil to the components, mix well until homogeneous.

Pour the resulting dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 cm, cover the surface with foil

Bake biscuit cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

The resulting biscuit is divided into 3 equal thickness cakes.

To get the cream, you need to combine Nutella, cream and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Whisk the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency and transfer to a pastry bag.
