Ingredients:
- apple – 1 pc;
- carrot – 1 pc;
- cheese – 100 g;
- chicken fillet – 1 pc;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- egg – 5 pcs;
- fried sesame;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of the salad:
Cut chicken fillet in small pieces, fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden color.
Be sure to add salt and black pepper to the chicken.
While the chicken cools, grate carrots on a coarse grater and pass to it through the press garlic clove. Fill carrots with garlic mayonnaise, mix.
Divide eggs into yolks and whites, grate yolks on a fine grater, and whites on a coarse grater. Also grate apple on a coarse grater and cheese on a fine grater.
Put a layer of chicken in the salad bowl, smear it with mayonnaise. On the meat layer put cheese, and then carrots, level it.
