Ingredients:
- egg – 1 pc;
- sugar – 50 g;
- butter – 120 g;
- sour cream – 60 ml;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- flour – 250 g;
- nuts;
- jam.
Preparation of pipes with apple jam:
Beat an egg in a separate bowl, divide it into two parts, one larger than the other. Pour the larger part of the egg mixture to the butter, pour in the same sugar, leavening agent, add sour cream
. Thoroughly beat with a mixer all components until homogeneous
.
Gradually pour flour into the cream mixture, knead a soft elastic dough.
Put the dough in cellophane and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Divide the obtained dough into small pieces, approximately make 17 pieces.
Roll out each piece with a rolling pin into an oval with a thickness of 2-3 mm. On ½ part of the oval make slits with a knife, on the untouched part put jam.
Roll the dough from the side with the filling to the side with the slits to make tubes. Place the tubes on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Brush the tubes with the rest of the egg and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
It turns out simple affordable cookies in the form of tubes with jam. Instead of apple jam, you can use other jam, for example, berry jam.
