Meat dishes have always been prioritized by humans, as they made up a large part of the diet. Since ancient times, people have sought to obtain meat in some way. Subsequently, this led to farming and raising animals for further eating.
Many different dishes were invented from meat. For example, cutlets, steaks, sausages. Gradually, the cookbook expanded so much that it seemed – it was impossible to come up with anything else from meat. But, mankind continued to amaze with delicacies. Ingredients of minced meat rolls:
- minced meat – 650 g;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- egg – pcs;
- parsley – bundle;
- breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp;
- parmesan – 50 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – pcs;
- cheese – 100 g.
Preparation of minced meat rolls:
Chop the minced meat in a blender to a viscous mass. Add salt and black pepper to the minced meat, break an egg. Chop parsley finely and add to the mince along with breadcrumbs.
Grate Parmesan, put it into the mince and mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in a frying pan in oil until transparent. Grate
the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, add to the onion
.
Fry the vegetables until soft. Chop the mushrooms finely, add them to the sauteed vegetables, salt and saute
until the mushrooms reduce in size.
On rectangular sheets of parchment lay out the stuffing in a rectangle of 10×6 cm. Place the stuffing of vegetables and mushrooms in the center of the rectangle.
Wrap the stuffing in the stuffing, fixing the edges of the parchment.
Send the rolls into a baking mold, cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. After baking remove the rolls from the parchment. Sprinkle the rolls with cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
