Ingredients:
- cucumbers – 2 kg;
- water – 2 liters;
- salt – 80 g;
- sugar – 200 g;
- vinegar 9% – 200 ml;
- oregano pepper, peas;
- black peppercorns;
- bay leaf;
- mustard seeds – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of Finnish-style cucumbers:
