Herring and mackerel can not only be marinated, but also make a real royal dish for the oven. Be sure to try this simple but delicious recipe, which is suitable for a simple dinner and a festive table.
To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- mackerel, 2 pcs;
- salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice;
- sweet pepper and carrots, onions, 1 piece each;
- potatoes, 2 pcs;
- butter, 20 g;
- red and green sweet pepper, tomato, onion, 1 piece each;
- soy sauce, 2 tbsp;
- honey, 1 – 2 tsp. as desired;
- dill, parsley, basil.
Cooking process
Remove all excess from the fish, cut off the fins and make cuts along the back into portioned pieces.
