Ingredients:
- hake – 1,100 g;
- onion – 900 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- butter – 80 g.
Preparation of fish cutlets:
Cleaned hake get rid of large bones, cut into small cubes onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions until soft, salt and pepper.
Add butter to the onions, press garlic, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pass fish through a meat grinder, and then fried onions.
