To diversify the flavor of cutlets, you can add different ingredients: onions, garlic, herbs, spices and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:

  • hake – 1,100 g;
  • onion – 900 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • salt – tsp;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • butter – 80 g.

Preparation of fish cutlets:

Cleaned hake get rid of large bones, cut into small cubes onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions until soft, salt and pepper.

Add butter to the onions, press garlic, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pass fish through a meat grinder, and then fried onions.

Break an egg into the mixture, thoroughly mix all components into a single mince. Leave the mince for 10 minutes, and then form cutlets.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the cutlets until golden.
