For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- pollock, 1 kg;
- sour cream, 400 g;
- garlic, 3 cloves;
- salt, pepper, dill;
- fish seasoning, 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil, 3 tbsp;
- carrots, 1 pcs;
- flour, 4 tbsp.
Cooking process
Prepare the fish, cut into portions
. Sprinkle with spices for fish and leave to marinate
. Chop garlic in any way convenient for you and mix with sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Grate
carrots on a coarse grater, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Roll each piece of fish in flour and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil.
Now put carrots on the fish, pour all the sauce, cover with a lid and stew over low heat for about 15 minutes.
