Fish melts on your lips! Tender pollock under sour cream-garlic sauce

Mint itself is quite tasty and useful fish, which contains a lot of useful substances for our health. And if it is also cooked in an original way, use sauces for this, then nothing remains of the dish in a matter of minutes.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • pollock, 1 kg;
  • sour cream, 400 g;
  • garlic, 3 cloves;
  • salt, pepper, dill;
  • fish seasoning, 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil, 3 tbsp;
  • carrots, 1 pcs;
  • flour, 4 tbsp.

Cooking process

Prepare the fish, cut into portions

. Sprinkle with spices for fish and leave to marinate

. Chop garlic in any way convenient for you and mix with sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Grate

carrots on a coarse grater, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Roll each piece of fish in flour and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil.

Now put carrots on the fish, pour all the sauce, cover with a lid and stew over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Such fish is delicious served with mashed potatoes, boiled rice, salads
