Pirozhki is a popular dish in many European countries. Pies were baked by Germans, French, Ukrainians and Russians. However, over time, each nation has formed its own ways and methods of cooking. The
filling for pies in each country is also different. If the Slavic peoples preferred pies on yeast dough with cabbage and mushrooms, then already in Poland the baked goods were cooked with onions. Countries located near the sea, prepared pies with fish. For celebrations, many peoples baked pies with meat.
Let’s tell you how to cook without an oven fast pies

Ingredients for lazy pies:
- kefir – 300 ml;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- flour – 300 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- sausage – 150 g;
- cheese – 50 g;
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
- green onions – bundle.
Preparation of lazy patties:
In a bowl with kefir pour salt and sugar, break an egg and stir. Sift flour and baking powder into the kefir, knead a thick dough without lumps.
Pour vegetable oil into the dough, mix. Cut sausage into small cubes, grate cheese, chop green onions.
Peel and cut boiled eggs into small cubes
. Mix sausage, cheese, onions and eggs in the dough

Put the dough with the filling in a pastry bag. In a
frying
pan with vegetable oil, we decant small strips of dough.
Fry the improvised patties on both sides until browned
