Many people think that it is possible to cook pies only in the oven. However, now there are no difficulties for cooking baked goods in a frying pan. Of course, the taste of pies will change, however, it will not be very different from baked products.

There are advantages in cooking pies in a frying pan. For example, so baked goods can be cooked much faster than in the oven. Also, for pies in a frying pan, you do not need to knead the dough by hand. It can be enough to make a dough similar to the mixture for fritters.

We are ready to share one of the recipes for simple baking in a

frying

pan.

Ingredients for pies with herbs:

  • kefir – 400 ml;
  • green onions – a bundle;
  • water – 50 ml;
  • eggs – 6 pcs;
  • flour – 350 g;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • baking soda – ½ tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation of pies with greens:

Boil 4 hard-boiled eggs. In a saucepan combine kefir and water, heat to a temperature of 50 degrees C.

Peel boiled eggs and cut into small cubes, chop green onions. In a bowl, combine the uncooked eggs with salt and sugar, beat until the grains of sand dissolve

. Pour warm kefir into the egg mixture, sift the flour and knead the dough

Pour baking soda into the thick dough, mix the ingredients again.

Add chopped eggs and onions to the dough, mix for the last time.
