Ingredients:

  • chicken shanks – 500 g;
  • mushrooms – 200 g;
  • onions – 80 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • cream 20% – 180 ml;
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp;
  • flour – 1 tbsp;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
  • butter – 20 g.

Cooking shanks with mushrooms in cream sauce:

Wash and dry the shanks with a paper towel, sprinkle them on both sides with salt and pepper. In a frying pan fry the shanks on both sides in vegetable and butter oil for 5-7 minutes.
