Ingredients for the dough:
- kefir (2.5%) – 250 ml;
- dry yeast – 6 g;
- sugar – 80 g;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- flour – 550 g.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- cottage cheese – 400 g;
- sugar – 80 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- vanilla – a pinch.
Preparation of cottage cheese puffs:
In a bowl pour yeast, add a spoonful of sugar, pour in kefir and mix. Pour 4-5 spoons of flour into the yeast mixture, mix and leave the opara for 15 minutes under a towel.
Break eggs into the ready opara, pour sugar and salt, mix. Pour in the rest of the flour, knead elastic and soft dough. Pour
vegetable oil into the dough and continue kneading

Leave the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and wait for it to rise.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla until homogeneous

Knead the dough and divide it into 12 equal parts.
Cover the baking tray with parchment and place the dough rolls at a distance from each other. Use the bottom of a glass to make hollows in the rolls and put the filling in them.
Grease the sides of the dough with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
Bake the wattrushki at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
As a result, you get soft, flavorful wattrushki with cottage cheese. In addition to the filling you can put raisins, berries or nuts when cooking.
