Ingredients for meat patties:

  • Boiling water – 205 ml;
  • Salt – tsp;
  • Flour – 350 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • Onion – 2 pcs;
  • Stuffing – 250 g.

Preparation of meat patties:

In a bowl with 175 ml of boiling water dissolve salt, pour out flour. Pour the flour into the boiling water, knead the dough with a spatula and then knead it with your hands. Pour vegetable oil into the dough and continue kneading until elastic.

Cover the dough with food film and leave it for 20 minutes. At this time grate onions on a coarse grater. Add onions to the minced meat, add chopped green onions and parsley to taste.
