Ingredients for scones:
- flour – 600 g;
- semolina – 200 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- water – 100 ml;
- salt – tsp;

Preparation of tortillas:
In a bowl mix semolina with flour and baking powder. Add salt and granulated sugar to the water, mix until the components dissolve. Pour the water into the loose ingredients, knead the sticky soft dough on the table with your hands.
Divide the formed dough into 4 equal parts, grease with vegetable oil. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it warm for an hour.
Melt butter in the microwave. Roll out one part of the dough into a thin layer, less than a millimeter thick. Brush
the layer with butter, tuck the edges into the middle.
Roll the resulting elongated rectangle into a roll.

The roll should be flattened and rolled out into a thick flatbread 5-6 mm thick. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the dough.
Heat a frying pan without oil, place the flatbread. Fry the flatbread on both sides until browned.
