It is worth telling about how to prepare a delicious berry pie for a tea party.

Ingredients for berry pie:

  • flour – 140 g;
  • starch – 40 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • sour cream – 60 g;
  • vegetable oil – 80 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • leavening agent – 10 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 2 tsp;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • berries – 300 g.

Preparation of berry pie:

In a bowl break eggs, pour classic and vanilla sugar, salt and whisk until homogeneous. To the egg mixture add sour cream and vegetable oil, mix.

Separately combine flour with baking powder and 30 grams of starch

Place ½ of the berries on the dough, fill with the second part of the dough. Again fill the pastry with berries, pour the rest on top.
