Ingredients for cheese sticks:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salted cheese – 150 g;
- kefir – 250 ml;
- baking soda – 1 tsp;
- onion – pcs.;
- parsley – bundle;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- flour – 650 g.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- matsun – 150 g;
- dry dill – 1 tbsp;
- garlic – a clove.
Preparation of cheese sticks:
In a separate bowl with kefir pour soda, thus quenching it. In a second bowl beat eggs, add cheese and kefir to them.
Cut a small diced onion, put to the mixture of eggs, cheese and kefir. Chop parsley finely, add it to the mixture of cheese and eggs.
Pour flour into the mixture, knead the dough for future sticks

Knead the dough into an elastic and slightly sticky dough with your hands.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. The dough should be 6-7 mm thick. Divide the dough into strips, each strip 4-5 cm thick.
Divide the large strips into two so that they fit in the pan. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, remove excess flour from the strips and place on the surface.
Fry the sticks on both sides until browned on medium heat.
To prepare the sauce, add dried or chopped dill and pressed garlic to the matsun and mix.
In addition to this sauce cheese sticks can be combined with Caesar sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise. These are delicious cheese sticks that are much healthier than those sold in fast food restaurants.
