Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g;
- soft butter – 100 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- lemon zest;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- flour – 250 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese cookies:
In a bowl with cottage cheese put butter, pour salt, lemon zest, vanillin and mix everything thoroughly. Sift the flour and baking powder into the curd mixture and knead a soft and not sticky dough.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll each part into a rectangular layer 2 mm thick. Sprinkle both layers with sugar and roll into rolls.
Divide the rolls into small portions and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
