For 9 years I have been preparing such a salad “Belorussky Vokzal”: olivier, herring under a fur coat no one recalls

This is one of our family’s favorite salads – it turns out not only tasty and hearty, but also very flavorful, so appetizing.

To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:

  • eggs, 2 pcs;
  • chicken liver, 190 g;
  • carrots. 1 pc;
  • mushrooms, 6 pcs;
  • herbs;
  • onion, 1 pcs;
  • vegetable oil and mayonnaise, 30 ml. each;
  • salt, pepper.

Cooking process

Onions are cut into small cubes, carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater

. Fry onions in vegetable oil, then add carrots and stew everything until ready.

Eggs are boiled, cooled and cut into small pieces.

Liver is washed, remove all the excess, lay out on paper towels and then cut into small pieces.

Fry the liver for 10 minutes in vegetable oil until ready.

Take greens to taste, cut finely

. Mushrooms

are

also cut in pieces and fried until ready.

Cool all products and mix. Fill

the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise – as you prefer, taste and if necessary salt. Do not forget to add flavored seasonings.

This hearty salad perfectly harmonizes with any appetizer and garnish.
