Ingredients for cottage cheese patties with apple:
- cottage cheese – 250 g;
- flour – 250 g;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- raisins – 50 g;
- egg – pcs;
- apple – pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese pies with apple:
In cottage cheese add sour cream, granulated sugar, egg and salt. Blend the ingredients to a homogeneous mass with an immersion blender.
Peel the apple from the peel, remove the seed pod. Grind the apple on a large grater and put it into the cottage cheese mixture. Also to the cottage cheese mixture pour raisins and leavening agent, sift flour.
