. Let’s prepare baked mackerel for a festive table.
Ingredients for baked mackerel:
- fresh-frozen mackerel – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- potatoes – 4 pcs;
- onions – pcs;
- paprika;
- dried garlic;
- coriander – 12 tsp;
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp.
Cooking baked mackerel:
Make two parallel incisions along the backbone of the fish and take out the backbone with bones. Open the fish along the spine, remove the insides and black film. Also remove fins and gills, make incisions along the ribs on each side at a distance of a couple of cm.
Sprinkle mackerel fillets with salt and seasoning for fish, leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin plates, sprinkle with seasonings for vegetables and potatoes.
