Ingredients:
- beef with a bone – 1.2 kg;
- potatoes – 4 pcs;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- red sweet pepper – pcs;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- hop-suneli – tsp;
- sorrel – 200 g;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- dill – 10 g;
- parsley – 10 g;
- salt – tsp;
- borscht seasoning – tsp.
Preparation of beef soup:
Boil the beef until ready, remove the meat from the pot and strain the broth. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, boil
them
in the broth until tender.
Chop the onion, fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Chop carrots finely, add to onions, fry together until light golden color.
Then add to the roast peeled from the insides and finely chopped red pepper and tomato paste

We mix the roast with hmeli-suneli, stir.
