There are quite a few different myths and legends about apple pies. For example, in France there is a love story tied to apple pies. One cook loved a woman who came to his restaurant every day. The man wanted to impress the lady to make her fall in love with him. For this reason, he decided to make the most delicious apple pie in all of France.
Unfortunately, the lady did not like apples, so she rejected the chef and his baked goods. But, that’s how the recipe for one of the most flavorful and delicious apple pies was born.
Ingredients for apple pie:
- Apples – kg;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- Flour – 70 g;
- Lemon zest;
- Milk – 100 ml.
Preparation of apple pie:
In a bowl, break eggs, salt, pour classic and vanilla sugar, beat with a whisk. Sift flour into the mixture, add lemon zest
. Pour milk into the mixture, stir the ingredients. Peel and core the apples. Cut the apples into small slices and put them directly into the batter.
