Very simple, but appetizing and tasty fish dish. It is enough to take an ordinary pollock, a little cheese and vegetables, and at the output you will have a flavorful dish that can be put even on the holiday table.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- pollock fillet, 800 g;
- mustard and balsamic sauce 1 tbsp. each;
- onions and carrots, 2 pcs;
- cheese, 50 g;
- sour cream, 2 tbsp;
- salt, pepper, spices.
Cooking process
Rinse the fillet and dry it with paper towels. We cut into portioned
pieces. Grease a
baking
dish with vegetable oil and lay out the fish pieces.
Salt and pepper, sprinkle with your favorite spices
. Mix balsamic sauce with mustard, smear the fish and leave it for 15 minutes. Chop
onions finely, grate carrots and stew the vegetables in a pan. At the end a little salt.
Lay the vegetables on top of the fish, put sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
In the dish you can also add sweet pepper in pieces or mushrooms – it turns out even more flavorful and tasty. When serving, I sprinkle with more chopped herbs and a mixture of peppers, having previously crushed them.
