- butter – 60 g.
Cooking baked pink salmon:
Clean the fish from the fins, gills and head, get rid of the insides and wash the pink salmon.
In a bowl mix salt, black pepper and fish seasoning with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Brush the sides of the fish with this marinade and leave it under a plastic wrap for 30-40 minutes.
Cut onion and lemon into rings and place in a baking dish lined with parchment. Put onions and lemon across the mold.
