Preparation of baked potato sticks:
Peeled potatoes should be cut into not particularly thin straws or bars.

salt, ground black pepper, paprika, thyme, coriander, oregano and rosemary to the potato slices.
Pour vegetable oil to the potato bars, mix all the ingredients. Transfer the potato straw into glass half-liter jars, tightly cover with a lid.
Bake potato slices in this way in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
