Botanists say that potatoes have “relatives” such as tomatoes and eggplants. However, these vegetables are not

hearts of millions of

people.

We are used to frying and boiling potatoes, in some countries there is a practice of pickling this vegetable

In our culture, pickled potatoes have not taken root, as it is quite difficult to prepare.

Ingredients for baked potato sticks:

  • potatoes – 7 pcs;
  • salt – tsp;
  • ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • paprika – tbsp;
  • thyme – ⅓ tsp;
  • coriander – ½ tsp;
  • oregano – tsp;
  • rosemary – ½ tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml.

Preparation of baked potato sticks:

Peeled potatoes should be cut into not particularly thin straws or bars.

Pour

salt, ground black pepper, paprika, thyme, coriander, oregano and rosemary to the potato slices.

Pour vegetable oil to the potato bars, mix all the ingredients. Transfer the potato straw into glass half-liter jars, tightly cover with a lid.

Bake potato slices in this way in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
