Cutlets are a classic option for a good, nutritious dinner. Cutlets may not contain a wide range of beneficial vitamins and minerals, but they are high in protein. Also cutlets satiate, give satisfaction from eating. With this satisfaction is produced dopamine, which is important for humans. It
has been proven that the hormone of happiness can be produced by eating cutlets. German scientists put an experiment, which found that the amount of dopamine from cutlets is higher than from other foods.
Let’s prepare independently delicious cutlets at home.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- processed cheese – pcs;
- butter – 50 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- smoked paprika;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- onion – pcs.;
- breadcrumbs – 3 tablespoons;
- milk – 200 ml;
- ginger – 1 tsp;
- nutmeg – 1 tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- flour – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
With a fork in a bowl knead melted cheese, add butter to it. Chop dill finely, pour it into the mixture of butter and cheese together with smoked paprika, mix.
Dice the onion into small cubes and add it to the mince. Break an egg into the mince and add breadcrumbs
. Pour ginger, nutmeg and salt into the mince and pour in milk.
Press and finely chop garlic cloves

Mix all the ingredients in the mince until homogeneous.
Make small balls of minced meat, which we turn into thick tortillas.
Put a spoonful of cheese filling in the tortillas and seal it inside.
Roll each cutlet in flour and place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
Fry the cutlets on both sides on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
We recommend serving the cutlets with a light salad of tomatoes and cheese. This way dinner will be not only tasty, but also balanced.
