The volume of bread production is growing more and more every year. The range of bakery products is already so large that it is not immediately clear which is best to buy.
You should give preference to healthy products that have a good effect on the body. It is not enough to look for bread made of top grade flour, you need to understand the composition.
When you find a useful and tasty loaf, you can think about eating it for breakfast. Of course, ordinary sandwiches will not please the eye. But, if you take a simple, interesting and quick recipe – you will definitely be satisfied. Try it!
Ingredients:
- 1 tomato;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 100 gr ham;
- 50g cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- Baton;
- Salt, pepper.
Preparation:
First, we take the tomato and cut it into small pieces. Then cut along the red sweet pepper, so it will be easier to cut it finely. As greens take dill
. 100 grams of ham cut into cubes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Combine all the prepared ingredients together.
In a separate bowl break 4 chicken eggs. Using a whisk, mix. Transfer all the ingredients. Stir again.
Add a small amount of salt, as the ham and cheese are already salty enough. It remains to add ground black pepper to taste. Stir the ingredients with a fork
. Take out the slices of loaf and get rid of the pulp. To do this, cut out the excess with a knife, leaving only the crust.
Put the skillet on the stove and pour vegetable oil. Lay out the bread blanks, and fill the center with the mixture of ingredients.
We put about two tablespoons of stuffing, cook on low heat so that everything is well fried. On top, cover the sandwiches with the piece of flesh we cut out before.
After 2-3 minutes, turn them over.
