Got hooked on mackerel with this recipe. Thanks to my roommate for the idea

Baked mackerel with paprika and garlic is something. It gets a very original flavor.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

mackerel, 2 pcs;

– salt, 1 tsp

; – garlic, 3 cloves

; – sweet paprika, 1 tsp

; – little olive oil, 2

Mix salt with crushed garlic, pour in any vegetable oil, add paprika, mix well.

Now smear 4 pieces of fil

with this dressing, wrap in cling film or parchment and put in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours. The longer it will be marinated, the tastier the fish will be. The

tray is covered with parchment, lay out the fillets and put in the oven, heated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take out the fish and serve it with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.

As an option, you can make with such a fragrant and baked fish even the well-known salad “mimosa” and get an unforgettable taste. Cooled and cut into pieces mackerel, add a layer to the salad and let it insist for a couple of hours. It’s really delicious.
