Meat is a dish that has been relevant to humans for millions of years. In ancient times, Australopithecus and Pithecanthropus hunted day and night to get their tribe a coveted piece of meat.

Ingredients for fried meat:
- meat – ½ kg;
- sweet green pepper – 2 pcs;
- starch – tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
- oyster sauce – 1 tsp;
- allspice – ½ tsp;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- ginger – 15 g;
- sugar – tsp;
- water – 100 ml.
Preparation of fried meat:
Cut the meat into small plates, and then into thin bars.
It is better to freeze a piece of meat beforehand.
In a bowl with the meat, mix ½ tablespoon of starch, 3 spoons of soy sauce, salt, vegetable oil and allspice.
Let the meat marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

To prepare the sauce, mix the rest of the starch with water until the lumps dissolve. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce with the oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and starch water.
In a skillet, stir-fry the meat for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
In a deep skillet, saute the onions until soft and translucent. Add garlic and sweet pepper to the onions
. After a couple of minutes, put the meat in a deep pan and pour the prepared sauce over it. Cook the dish for 7 minutes on a slightly lower than medium heat.
Serve fried meat with sweet peppers can be served separately or with garnish.
