Nutritionists and other doctors say that pies are a harmful food that can develop a large number of diseases. However, are pies and other bread really harmful?
Every product has both benefits and harms. Therefore, it is impossible to categorically say that pies are exceptionally harmful. In the dough after baking remain vitamins of the B group, as well as fiber. The latter component in pies appears because of wheat flour.

Ingredients of the dough for cottage cheese pie:
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Kefir – 100 ml;
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- Vanilla sugar – 5 g;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Baking powder – tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Curd – 300 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Cornstarch – 1 tbsp;
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
In a bowl, beat the eggs, pour salt and sugar, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour kefir and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, keep stirring.
Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar into the mixture, knead a thick dough without lumps

Grease a 24 cm diameter mold with butter, place the dough in it and level it.
For the filling mix cottage cheese and egg, pour sugar and cornstarch to them.
Beat all the ingredients for the filling with an immersion mixer, spread on the surface of the dough with a spoon.
Bake the pie at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
You get a light cottage cheese pie. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar if desired.
