Cutlets are considered a very common dish in Europe and America. In each country, the word “cutlet” means something traditional. For example, for the French, a cutlet is ribs with a bone, grilled on a grill. In Germany, a cutlet is considered a steak, which are also grilled. In America, kotleta means minced meat fried in a frying pan.
American kotletas are different from Russian kotletas, but more similar than European kotletas. Probably, the influence of culture and cooking has had a great impact on the U.S.

Ingredients for cutlets:
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Egg – 3 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Breadcrumbs.
Preparation of cutlets:
Break an egg into the minced meat, pour salt and ground black pepper. Dice the onion and put in the mince

Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Make tortillas out of minced meat, where we put cheese and seal it inside.
Beat the rest of the eggs in a bowl. Dip the cutlets in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the cutlets on both sides for 4 minutes.
After cooking, you can put the cutlets on a paper towel to let the excess fat drip off.
It is recommended to serve the cutlets with mashed potatoes.
