- Beets – 3 pcs;
- Boiled potatoes – 1 piece;
- Cucumber – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boil to readiness beets, cool, peel and grate on large sharps grater. Similarly rub the
peeled
boiled potatoes.
Cut onions in half rings, put in a bowl to the beets and potatoes. Peel
