Ingredients:

  • Parsley – 400 g;

  • Cilantro -200 g;
  • Hot pepper – 200 g;
  • Bell pepper – 1.5 kg;
  • Garlic – 200 g;
  • Salt – 60 g;
  • Sugar – 15 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g.

Preparation of green adjika:
