Potatoes are now an integral part of the food basket of the inhabitants of many countries. It is an excellent side dish, as well as a main course. Potatoes can be made not only into mashed potatoes, but also baked into pies, fritters, pancakes, and draniki.
Potatoes are literally a part of modern culture. You can’t imagine a fast food establishment that doesn’t have French fries. At the same time, some people believe that potatoes are harmful to the body.
It is possible to prepare potatoes useful. For example, make potato salad.
Ingredients for potato salad:
- potatoes – 4 pcs;
- pork – 250 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- 6% vinegar – 4 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
- coriander – 1 tsp;
- mixed pepper – ½ tsp;
- chopped pepper – 1 tsp.
Preparation of potato salad:
Grate the peeled potatoes on a Korean-style grater and then rinse thoroughly.
Pour
water into a pan and bring to a boil, salt.
Pour 3 tablespoons of vinegar into the boiling water, add potatoes and boil. Tip the potatoes on a colander to drain the water.
Cut onions into half rings, cut pork into plates. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, first fry the onion and then the pork until golden.
Pour soy sauce, coriander and pepper mixture to the meat. Put the fried meat, chopped red hot pepper and pressed garlic cloves to the potatoes.
Pour a spoonful of vinegar to the salad and mix everything

You get a delicious potato salad with meat. If desired, you can leave out the red hot pepper.
