Ingredients for salad “Royal”:
- crab sticks – 240 g;
- cheese – 300 g;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- lemon – ½ pc;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of salad “Royal”:
Cut small squares of crab sticks and peeled eggs. Shred cheese on large grating cutters, pass garlic cloves through the press.
Combine crab sticks, eggs, cheese and garlic in a salad bowl. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the salad. Fill the dish with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Before serving, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
