Apple pie is a dessert familiar to everyone since childhood. The ruddy crust, tender filling and unique flavor of apples create an atmosphere of coziness and warmth. The
history of apple pies dates back several centuries, and during this time they have become an integral part of the culture of different countries and peoples. The first mentions of apple pies are found in ancient Greece and Rome. Then pies were made of flour, honey and apples. In the Middle Ages pies became popular in Europe, where they were prepared from available ingredients: flour, apples, sugar and spices. Over time, apple pie recipes became more varied. They began to add butter, eggs, milk and other products. New types of pies appeared: charlotte, strudel, color pie and others.
Let’s prepare a diet apple pie, which will not harm the figure.
Ingredients:
- Oat flakes – 200 g;
- Milk – 400 ml;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Topinambour syrup;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp;
- Apple – 1 pc;
- Cranberries – 30 g.
Preparation of apple pie:
In a bowl with cereal, pour milk and leave it for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl break the egg, pour in the topinambour syrup and whisk.
Pour into the egg mixture salt, leavening agent and cinnamon, mix. Place oats in bowl with egg mixture, mix.
Grease parchment in water, place in baking dish on bottom and sides. Pour the oatmeal batter into the mold.
Dice the apples into small cubes and place on top of the batter. Using a spatula, lightly tamp the apples into the dough, pour the cranberries into the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
You get a hearty and at the same time dietary apple pie.
