Ingredients for pumpkin casserole:
- rice – 200 g;
- pumpkin – kg;
- butter – 20 g;
- sugar – tbsp;
- raisins – 150 g;
- peeled sunflower seeds – 50 g;
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- milk – 400 g.
Preparation of pumpkin casserole:
Boil pure rice in boiling water for 10 minutes. At this time, peel the pumpkin and remove its skin. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, place ½ of it in a mold greased with butter.
