Ingredients for pickles:
- cucumbers – 600 g;
- garlic – 6 cloves;
- currant leaf – 6 pcs;
- cherry leaf – 5 pcs;
- dill sprigs – 3 pcs.;
- water – 1500 ml;
- salt – 2.5 tbsp.
Preparation of low-salted cucumbers:
In a deep basin put cucumbers and currant leaves. Crush garlic cloves with a knife and put them in the basin with the cucumbers
