Monarch salad is an exquisite dish that promises to surprise you with its taste and presentation. Monarch salad usually includes such components as meat (for example, chicken or turkey), vegetables such as cucumbers, potatoes and carrots, as well as various cheeses, which gives the dish excellent juiciness and richness

Often, various sauces and dressings are used in preparation, including mayonnaise, which enhances the flavor and makes the salad even more appetizing.
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken fillet – 350 g;
- boiled potatoes – 3 pcs;
- boiled carrots – 1 piece;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- pickles – 4 pieces;
- cheese – 130 g;
- green onions – 1 bundle;
- mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of salad “Monarch”:
Cut into small cubes boiled chicken fillet and pickled or salted cucumbers. Shinkuem finely green onions, grate separately from each other cheese and hard-boiled eggs.
Grate coarsely cooked potatoes and carrots, also separately put the products. In a bowl put the first layer of carrots and smear with mayonnaise.
On the carrot layer put eggs, sprinkle them with green onions. Smear the onion layer with mayonnaise, put chicken meat.
Cover the meat layer with mayonnaise, put pickles on it. Smear the cucumbers with mayonnaise, lay out the potatoes, sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Cover the potato layer with a flat plate and turn the salad, taking it out of the container. Smear the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover the cheese layer with mayonnaise net and decorate with green onions
