They are relevant mainly in Central Asia. In Armenia, Georgia and Uzbekistan, the most delicious flatbreads are prepared. We will try to approach the skill level of cooks from Central Asia.

Ingredients for flatbread:

  • Water – 25 ml;
  • Milk – 250 ml;
  • Salt – tsp;
  • Flour – 800 g;
  • Leavening agent – tsp;
  • Meat – 400 g;
  • Onions – 3 pcs;
  • Butter – 150 g.

Preparation of tortillas:

Pour milk into warm water, pour salt and leavening agent, stir. Sift the flour into the milk mixture, knead the dough first with a spatula and then with your hands.

under cellophane and a towel in the warmth for an hour. During this time, chop the onion into thin feathers, mix with finely chopped meat, salt to taste.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll out each separately into a large round thin layer. Grease two layers with melted butter, put a part of the stuffing from meat and onions.
