Ingredients for chicken broth:

  • chicken thighs – 800 g;
  • onions – pcs;
  • water – 3.5 liters;
  • carrots – pcs;
  • ginger root – 4 cm;
  • garlic – 2 cloves.

Preparation of chicken broth:

Peel the carrots from the top layer, remove the husk from the onion. Chicken thighs are thoroughly washed in water, put in a pot and pour water.

On medium heat bring the water with chicken to a boil, remove the foam. Next, cook the meat on low heat for half an hour without a lid.

Vegetables are not cut, put to the chicken broth whole – carrots, ginger, garlic and onions. On minimum heat cook the chicken for an hour.

Then remove the thighs, onions and carrots from the broth, strain the liquid through a sieve.
