Such fish as pikeperch is widely used in cooking. It has lean and tender meat, which has almost no bones. Pikeperch meat is nutritious and low-calorie.
A good recipe for cooking such fish will not take a lot of time in the kitchen and will feed a delicious dinner. This is one of the reasons why we decided to share with you a quick recipe for cooking, and also make a delicious sauce in addition.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour – 4 tbsp;
- corn flour – 4 tbsp;
- pikeperch – 3 kg;
- tomatoes – 2-3 pcs;
- hot pepper – pcs;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- garlic – 4-5 cloves;
- Bavarian mustard – 2 tsp;
- smoked paprika – 2 tsp;
- salt, pepper;
- dill, cilantro 30 gr;
- vegetable oil 30 ml.
Preparation:
At the pikeperch cut off the tail and head. Make incisions along the length of the entire fish. Divide into parts, get rid of the backbone.
Put into a bowl. Salt, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Tomatoes are divided in half and grated, so that the peel did not get into the mixture.

Do the same with the hot peppers. Chop the garlic finely. Send the vegetables to the chopper
. Combine the preparation with the tomatoes. Here we also add finely chopped dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Add two teaspoons of Bavarian mustard. Stir with a spoon
. Put the wheat and cornmeal on a flat plate with the smoked paprika. Pour water into another plate.
Fill a skillet with 30 milliliters of vegetable oil. Dip the fish first in the flour mixture, then in the water.
Send it to fry on each side. Fry for 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.
Ready pieces of fish can be dipped in the sauce and enjoy a festive dinner. Bon Appetit!
