Ingredients for dumplings:
- Potatoes – kg;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 10 g;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Sour cream – 200 g.
Preparation of dumplings:
Peel potatoes, cut into large cubes and boil until ready. Turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes, cool down.
At this time, finely chop the onion, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden. Add eggs, salt and flour to the cooled mashed potatoes, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin bundle and divide into small lumps.
