Ingredients for fried cabbage:
- cabbage – 1.2 kg;
- carrots – pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- tomato – 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1/2 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 4 peas;
- bay leaf – pcs.
Preparation of fried cabbage:
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil. Make a cross-shaped cut on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them.
Dice onion and garlic, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan in vegetable oil along with the carrots.
