- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – ½ tsp;
- mustard – 2 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 250 g;
- lemon juice – tbsp.
Preparation of homemade mayonnaise:
Break the eggs into a tall container, salt them and pour sugar into the same place. Add mustard to the eggs, whip the components with an immersion blender until homogeneous.
While whipping the eggs, pour a thin stream of vegetable oil into the container. Bring the mixture to a thick state. Add lemon juice to the resulting mass and again whisk until homogeneous.
