Ingredients for oatmeal cutlets:
- oat flakes – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 10 tbsp;
- water – 210 ml;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- potatoes – 300 g;
- garlic pepper – ½ tsp;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- paprika – tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of oatmeal cutlets:
Water should be boiled, pour boiling water over the oat flakes. While the oatmeal swells, peeled potatoes and onions are chopped on small grater cutters.
To the mixture of potatoes and onions, chop additionally garlic cloves

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the cutlets. Over medium heat fry the cutlets until golden crust on all sides.
