Ingredients:
- Chicken meat – 1.2 kg;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Smoked paprika – 2 tsp;
- Coriander – ½ tsp;
- Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Basil – a bundle;
- Parsley – a bunch;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of fried chicken:
Lay chicken in layers on the bottom of a deep bowl, salt each layer.
Mix paprika, coriander, dry garlic
and
black pepper, pour it into the chicken. Put the onion in the same place, pour in vegetable oil and mix all the components.
Leave the marinade for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator

Next, heat 70 ml of vegetable oil in a
frying
pan, remove all the onions from the chicken.
